John Woods

I am the third generation of my family to be an insurance broker in the Mahoning Valley. My grandfather started in 1921 in Youngstown and soon moved to Warren to start his own agency. I was licensed right out of High School and worked summers for my father while in college then joined the family business after graduating from Washington and Lee University. I am married to Kathleen and we have two daughters. I have been an officer of the local chapter of The Independent Insurance Agents and am the President of the Western Reserve Association of Health Underwriters.

Erin McKinney

I grew up in Vienna, OH and graduated from Mathews High School in 1999. I received my Bachelors of Science from Kent State University in 2003. I am married and live with my husband and two dogs in Bazetta Township. I began my sales career working in voluntary worksite benefits with Aflac back in 2004. From there, I began working for Ohio Health and Life specializing in Individual Health Insurance for those without group health coverage. I am currently licensed in the state of Ohio with experience in Supplemental Insurance, Group and Individual Health and Life Insurance, and Medicare.

Leslie Brazel

I grew up in Grove City, Pennsylvania and lived most of my adult life in Mercer County. In July of 2007, I relocated to Howland Township. I began my career working with individuals who are elderly and/or disabled in the mid 1990s in the Youngstown area. I developed and maintained successful service coordination programs at seven independent living facilities. I have over 10 years experience helping individuals with their healthcare needs.  I know that in order to remain healthy, today’s Medicare beneficiary needs to be informed about the Medicare program, about insurance plan options and about where to turn for specific information. I am happy to help you with your Medicare needs.

Donald Powers

I have lived in the area all my life, currently in Bazetta Township with my daughter. I am active with the Warren Rotary, currently serving as a board member and I have been active in the Elks and my church. I began my insurance career 14 years ago and can help you with any insurance need you may have.

Angelo Lucarelli

I live in Howland with my lovely wife of 39 years. We have 2 children and 4 grandchildren. I retired from Delphi Corp. in 2003 where I worked for 35 years. I have a Business degree from Kent State University. My passions are my family and my wines that I have made for many years. After Delphi, I started in the insurance business and specialize in the over 50 market, annuity and financial planning and ways to supplement Medicare. I feel that I support seniors in a very positive manner. I take pride in the care I use for my clients benefit. It is all about their needs.

Ingrid Martin

I have been active in the Cleveland area insurance market for over 20 years, on both Client Management and Sales side. With 17 years of experience managing all lines of employee benefit plans, I have a feel for what is important to HR managers, employees and business owners alike.  I've been a member of Medina County SHRM for 4 years, being nominated as the Marketing Chair for 2010, National Association of Health Underwriters (NE Ohio Chapter) since 2005, and actively participate in the Legislative Committee, working towards health care reform that keeps our best interests for a free market at heart. In 2003, I finished the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist curriculum through the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, earning the CEBS designation. I continue to support this valuable program as a CEBS instructor, assisting HR professionals from various industries successfully pass the first course towards earning this important designation. My industry activities, (CEBS and NAHU), coupled with my benefits experience give me a unique perspective on the changing marketplace.  I live in Brunswick with my husband Jeff and three of my five children.

Jim Earl

I grew up on Long Island, attended Penn State on a wrestling scholarship, and graduated with a degree in education in 1979. My wife Peg and I promptly moved to Trumbull County to teach, coach and raise our family. I have been licensed in the insurance field since 1984, and have been fulltime since 1991.  In addition to working with clients on their health and life insurance needs, I am a Registered Investment Advisor showing clients how to maximize their retirement income, as well as safely grow and preserve their assets.

Bonnie Jerome
